This is our big Spinbob FAQ — the questions UK players ask us most, grouped by topic. The six most common are in the accordion above; everything else is below. If your question isn’t here, use the form at the bottom of the page, or head to the troubleshooting hub if something has gone wrong.
Account & login
How do I register at Spinbob?
Click any “Register” or “Play” button on this site, then fill in your email, password, name, date of birth, address and mobile number. Use your details exactly as they appear on your ID and bills — mismatches are the main cause of verification delays later. You must be 18 or over and live in a country where Spinbob accepts players. Set your deposit limits during sign-up while you’re thinking clearly. Our step-by-step registration guide walks you through every screen.
I’ve forgotten my Spinbob password. What now?
Tap Forgot password on the Spinbob login screen and enter the email address you registered with. A reset link arrives within a few minutes — check spam and promotions folders if it doesn’t. Choose a strong password you don’t use anywhere else. Avoid repeatedly guessing the old one: several failed attempts can trigger a temporary security lock, which then needs live chat to clear. Full steps are in our Spinbob login guide.
Can I have more than one Spinbob account?
No. Spinbob allows one account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Opening a second account — even by accident, or to claim the welcome bonus again — can lead to both accounts being closed and bonus winnings being removed. If you share an address with another Spinbob player, mention it to support so the accounts aren’t flagged as duplicates. If you’ve lost access to your account, recover it rather than starting fresh.
Why is my Spinbob account blocked?
Common reasons are too many failed logins, incomplete verification, a suspected duplicate account, a payment chargeback, an affordability or source-of-funds check, or a GAMSTOP self-exclusion match. Most blocks are temporary and are resolved by contacting 24/7 live chat and sending any requested documents. Ask what type of restriction it is and what you need to provide. Our account-blocked guide covers every scenario, including what happens to your balance.
Can I change my email, address or name?
You can usually update contact details such as email and phone number in your account settings. Changes to your name, date of birth or address normally need support’s help because they affect verification — you’ll be asked for a document proving the change, such as a recent bill for a new address or a marriage certificate for a new surname. Keep your details current; out-of-date information can delay withdrawals.
How do I close my Spinbob account?
Contact live chat and ask for your account to be closed, withdrawing any balance first. If you’re closing it because gambling has become a problem, ask for self-exclusion instead (6 months to 5 years), which stops you reopening it during that period. For a block across all UK-licensed sites, register with GAMSTOP for free. A plain closure is easier to reverse, so it’s not the right tool if you need protection.
Bonuses
Do I need a Spinbob bonus code?
No. None of the main Spinbob offers need a bonus code. For the casino welcome bonus you simply opt in on the deposit page before confirming your first deposit of £20 or more. If you forget to opt in, contact live chat immediately — before you start playing with the deposit — as it’s much harder to add a bonus once the money has been used. Current offers are listed on our promotions page.
How does Spinbob’s 10x wagering work?
Wagering means you must bet a set multiple of your bonus before bonus funds turn into withdrawable cash. At Spinbob it’s 10x the bonus amount, in line with the UK’s 10x cap from 19 January 2026. So a £100 bonus needs £1,000 of bets within 30 days. Slots count 100%, live casino, table games and game shows 10%, and jackpot slots 0%. Free-spin winnings are also 10x, within 7 days. See wagering requirements for worked examples.
What’s the maximum bet while wagering a bonus?
The maximum bet while you have an active Spinbob bonus is £5 per spin or round. Going over it — even once — can give the casino grounds to remove the bonus and any winnings made with it. Some slots let you pick very high stakes or buy bonus features, so check your total stake before spinning. If you want to play above £5, finish or forfeit the bonus first.
What is the crypto boost, and can I have it with the welcome bonus?
The crypto boost is 110% up to £1,100 plus 110 Free Spins on your first crypto deposit, with a minimum of £30 equivalent and the same 10x wagering over 30 days. It’s only available if crypto payments are enabled on your account. You can’t combine it with the casino welcome bonus — you choose one or the other. If you don’t see crypto in your cashier, the boost isn’t available to you.
What ongoing promotions does Spinbob run?
Regular offers include Monday Reef Spins (deposit £25+ for 50 Free Spins or £75+ for 100 Free Spins on the week’s featured slot), Tide Back weekly cashback (10% of net casino losses up to £250, paid each Monday with 0x wagering), the Weekend Reload (50% up to £200, Friday to Sunday, min £20, 10x) and the Tide Tournament with a £10,000 weekly prize pool. Full terms are on promotions.
How does the Pearl Club VIP programme work?
The Pearl Club has five tiers — Shell, Coral, Pearl, Sapphire and Trident. You earn 1 point for every £10 wagered on slots and move up as points build. Perks improve with each tier, including cashback of up to 15% at Trident, priority withdrawals from Pearl tier, a personal account manager from Sapphire, higher withdrawal limits and a birthday bonus. Don’t increase your play just to climb tiers. Details on our VIP club page.
Which slot are the welcome free spins on?
The 200 welcome Free Spins are on Le Bandit by Hacksaw Gaming, worth £0.10 each and credited 20 a day for 10 days after your qualifying deposit. Log in each day to use them. Winnings from the spins carry 10x wagering within 7 days, and the maximum you can convert from free-spin winnings is £100. Monday Reef Spins use a different featured slot each week.
How is Tide Back cashback calculated?
Tide Back pays 10% of your net casino losses from Monday to Sunday, up to £250, every Monday. You need a net loss of at least £20 to qualify. It’s paid as real cash with 0x wagering, so you can withdraw it straight away. Treat cashback as a small cushion, not a reason to keep playing.
Payments & withdrawals
Which payment methods does Spinbob accept?
Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Revolut and Rapid Transfer (open banking), Faster Payments bank transfer and — where enabled on your account — crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC and USDT). Most deposits start at £10; bank transfer starts at £20 and crypto at £30 equivalent. All deposits are instant and fee-free. Full limits are on our payments page.
Why was my deposit declined?
The usual causes are using a credit card (banned for UK gambling since April 2020), a gambling block switched on in your banking app, a failed 3-D Secure confirmation, insufficient funds, or a deposit limit you’ve set on your Spinbob account. Check each in turn, or try another method such as Apple Pay or open banking. If you set a gambling block yourself, it’s worth respecting it. More fixes in our payments guide.
What are Spinbob’s withdrawal limits?
The minimum withdrawal is £20. Standard accounts can withdraw up to £5,000 per day and £20,000 per month. Per-transaction maximums are £5,000 for debit cards, Skrill and Neteller, and £10,000 for bank transfer and crypto equivalent. Pearl Club members at Pearl tier and above have higher limits. Larger wins may be paid in instalments within these limits. There are no Spinbob withdrawal fees.
Can I cancel a pending Spinbob withdrawal?
No. Spinbob doesn’t allow you to reverse a pending withdrawal back into your balance. That’s considered good practice in the UK because it removes the temptation to gamble money you’d already decided to cash out. If a withdrawal is declined for a reason — such as unfinished wagering or a document request — the money goes back to your balance and you’ll be told what to fix.
What is the closed-loop rule?
To meet anti-money-laundering rules, Spinbob sends withdrawals back to the method you deposited with wherever possible. Card deposits return to the same card; e-wallet deposits to the same e-wallet. Paysafecard is deposit-only, so Paysafecard depositors withdraw by bank transfer. If you used several methods, you may be asked to withdraw proportionally. Requesting a payout to a different method is a common reason for a decline. See our withdrawals guide.
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
All requests sit in an internal review for up to 24 hours. If it’s longer, the usual reason is incomplete verification — KYC must be finished before your first withdrawal. It can also be waiting on a bonus check or a document request. Check My Account → Verification and your email, then ask live chat with your transaction ID. Card and bank payments also depend on working days, so weekend requests take longer.
Can I withdraw before finishing bonus wagering?
You can withdraw your own real-money balance, but at Spinbob withdrawing while a bonus is active usually forfeits the bonus funds and any winnings made with them. If you’d rather cash out than keep wagering, ask live chat to remove the bonus first so you know exactly what you’ll receive. There’s no penalty for forfeiting beyond losing the bonus. The wagering requirements guide explains how bonus and real-money balances interact.
Does Spinbob charge fees on payments?
No. Spinbob charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your own bank, card issuer or e-wallet may charge for currency conversion if your account isn’t in pounds, and crypto transactions can carry blockchain network fees. If a fee appears on your statement, check which provider applied it before contacting support — it’s very unlikely to be the casino.
Verification
When does Spinbob ask for documents?
Your age and identity are checked when you register — often electronically, with no documents needed. Spinbob may then ask for proof of address and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal, and for enhanced documents later if your deposits grow or something on the account changes. Uploading everything soon after sign-up means your first cash-out isn’t held up waiting for a review. Our KYC guide explains each stage.
Why was my document rejected?
The most common reasons are a blurry or cropped photo, an expired ID, a proof of address older than 3 months, a name or address that doesn’t match your account, or a payment card covered incorrectly. Retake the photo in good light with all four corners visible, use a recent document, and cover only the middle 8 digits and the CVV on a card. The rejection message usually tells you which problem applies.
How do I cover my card for proof of payment?
Take a photo of the front of your debit card with the middle 8 digits covered — leave the first 4 and last 4 visible, plus your name and the expiry date. On the back, cover the CVV (the three-digit security code). Don’t cover anything else, or the image may be rejected. For e-wallets, upload a screenshot of your account page showing your name and account email or ID.
What are source-of-funds and affordability checks?
UK-licensed casinos must check that gambling is affordable for you and that your money comes from a legitimate source. Spinbob may ask for payslips, bank statements, a P60 or a tax return, usually when deposits rise. It’s a routine regulatory check, not an accusation. Send complete, recent documents and briefly explain anything unusual. Your account may be restricted while the check is open, so prompt replies help.
Is my data safe with Spinbob?
Upload documents only through My Account → Verification inside the casino, which uses an encrypted connection. Under UK data-protection law, documents should be stored securely and used only for verification, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Never send ID over social media or to an email address you didn’t get from the official Help Centre, and be suspicious of anyone contacting you unprompted asking for documents.
Games & sportsbook
How many games does Spinbob have?
Spinbob has more than 5,000 games from over 80 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Evolution, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Blueprint Gaming and Playtech Live. The lobby covers slots, jackpot slots, live casino tables, game shows and a full sportsbook, all under one account and one balance. Browse highlights in our games section, including slots and jackpots.
Does Spinbob have live casino and game shows?
Yes. The live casino features real dealers streamed in HD from studios such as Evolution and Playtech Live — blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants — plus game shows with big-wheel and bonus-round formats. Remember that live casino, table games and game shows contribute only 10% towards bonus wagering, so they’re slow ways to clear a Spinbob bonus. Set a budget before joining a table.
What is the Spinbob sportsbook welcome offer?
New sportsbook customers can Bet £10, Get £30 in Free Bets. Place a qualifying bet of £10 or more at odds of 1/2 (1.50) or longer, settled within 14 days, and you’ll receive 3 x £10 free bets. The free bets expire after 7 days and the stake isn’t returned with winnings. More in our sportsbook guide.
What happens if a game freezes mid-spin?
Reload the page. The outcome of each round is decided and stored on the game provider’s server as soon as your bet is placed, so a dropped connection won’t erase a win. Reopen the same game — many titles complete the interrupted round automatically — and check your game history. If your balance still looks wrong, send live chat the game name, time and round ID.
Are Spinbob games fair?
Games from established studios use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested, and each slot has a published return-to-player (RTP) percentage, usually shown in the game’s info screen. RTP is a long-term average across millions of spins, not a promise for any session — you can lose, and no strategy guarantees winnings. Live casino results come from real cards, wheels and dealers.
Safety & responsible gambling
What safer-gambling tools does Spinbob offer?
In your account you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders (reality checks). You can take a time-out from 24 hours to 6 weeks, or self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years. Your account history shows exactly what you’ve deposited, won and lost. Set limits before you play, not after a loss. See our responsible gambling guide.
How do I self-exclude from Spinbob and other sites?
To exclude from Spinbob only, ask live chat or use the self-exclusion option in your account settings, choosing 6 months to 5 years. To block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites at once, register free with GAMSTOP at gamstop.co.uk. Self-exclusion can’t be lifted early. Also consider a gambling block in your banking app and blocking software on your devices for extra protection.
Where can I get help with gambling in the UK?
GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline, free and open 24/7 on 0808 8020 133, with live chat at gamcare.org.uk. BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) has advice and treatment information, Gamblers Anonymous UK offers peer support meetings, and GamFam supports people affected by gambling, including family members. For debt, Citizens Advice gives free, confidential help. You don’t need to be in crisis to talk to someone.
How old do I need to be to play at Spinbob?
You must be 18 or over. Spinbob verifies your age when you register and before you can deposit or play, and any account found to belong to an under-18 will be closed. If you share a device with children, log out after each session, don’t save your password in the browser, and consider parental-control software.
How can I tell if my gambling is becoming a problem?
Warning signs include chasing losses, spending more than you planned, borrowing money to gamble, hiding it from people close to you, feeling anxious or irritable when not playing, or gambling to escape worries. If any of these sound familiar, take a time-out, set strict limits or self-exclude, and talk to someone. GamCare’s helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and confidential, and our responsible gambling page includes a short self-assessment.
