Logging in to Spinbob takes a few seconds once you know the routine, and it works the same way on a laptop, tablet or phone. This guide covers the Spinbob login process on every device, what to do when you forget your password, how to keep your account secure, and quick fixes for the problems that lock players out.
Go to the Spinbob login →18+ · New UK players · T&Cs apply · BeGambleAware.org
Before you log in
- Use an official link. Open Spinbob through the buttons on this site or a bookmark you have saved yourself – never through a link in an unexpected email, text or social media message.
- Be in the UK, with no VPN. Spinbob checks your location at login.
- Have your details ready. You sign in with the email address you registered with and your password.
- You must be 18+ and have an account. If you have not signed up yet, follow our Spinbob registration guide.
How to log in on desktop
- Open Spinbob in an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
- Click Log in in the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter the email address you registered with (or your username, if your account shows one).
- Type your password. Use the eye icon to check it if you are unsure.
- Complete any security step, such as a one-time code, if prompted.
- Click Log in. Your balance and the Spinbob lobby appear straight away.
How to log in on mobile
Spinbob has no native app; it runs in your mobile browser and can be saved to your home screen as a web app.
- Open Safari (iPhone/iPad) or Chrome (Android) and go to Spinbob via an official link.
- Tap the menu or Log in button at the top of the screen.
- Enter your email and password. Your phone’s password manager can autofill them securely.
- Tap Log in.
- Optional: add Spinbob to your home screen for one-tap access – our Spinbob mobile guide shows how on iOS and Android.
If you use Face ID, Touch ID or Android fingerprint unlock with your password manager, you get fast logins without typing your password on screen.
One login for casino and sportsbook
Your Spinbob account covers the casino, live casino and sportsbook with a single login. Once you are signed in, switch between them from the main menu without logging in again. Bonus balances are product-specific, though – sportsbook free bets cannot be used on slots, and casino bonus funds cannot be bet on football. Check My Account → Bonuses to see which balance is which.
Username vs email
Most Spinbob accounts log in with the email address used at registration. If your account also shows a username in My Account, either may work – but the email is the reliable option. If you have changed your email address, use the new one. If you no longer have access to the email on your account, contact live chat; you will usually need to pass identity checks before it can be changed.
Forgotten password: how to reset it
- On the login screen, select Forgot password.
- Enter the email address linked to your Spinbob account.
- Open the reset email (check spam and promotions folders) and tap the link. Reset links expire, so use it promptly.
- Choose a new password: at least 12 characters, a mix of words, numbers and symbols, and not used anywhere else.
- Log in with the new password.
If no email arrives after 15 minutes, you may have registered with a different address. Try any other email you use, then contact Spinbob support.
2-step verification
2-step verification (2SV) adds a one-time code to your password, so a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. If Spinbob offers 2SV in your account security settings, we strongly recommend switching it on:
- Go to My Account → Security.
- Choose an authenticator app or SMS code, where available.
- Save any backup codes somewhere safe and offline.
Even without 2SV, a unique password and a secure email account give you most of the protection.
Staying logged in safely
- Only tick Remember me on your own device, protected by a passcode or biometrics.
- Never log in on shared or public computers. If you must, use a private browsing window and log out.
- Log out manually when you finish a session.
- Turn on session reminders (reality checks) in your account so you know how long you have been playing.
- Do not share your login with anyone – Spinbob allows one account per person, household, IP and payment method.
Spinbob login problems and fixes
| Problem | Why it happens | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong password or email | Typo, caps lock, old password, different email | Check caps lock, use the eye icon, then reset your password |
| Locked after failed attempts | Security lock after several wrong passwords | Wait for the lock to clear or reset your password; contact live chat if it stays locked |
| Location or VPN block | VPN, proxy or connection outside the UK | Turn off the VPN/proxy and reconnect from the UK |
| Page will not load or loops | Old browser cache or cookies | Clear cache and cookies for the site, update the browser, try another browser |
| Account pending verification | KYC not yet complete or documents under review | Upload documents in My Account → Verification – see our KYC guide |
| Account self-excluded | Active self-exclusion or GAMSTOP registration | Login or play is blocked until the exclusion ends – this is by design |
| Account suspended or closed | Security review, duplicate account or terms issue | Read our account blocked guide and contact support |
For anything not covered here, our troubleshooting page goes deeper, and Spinbob’s 24/7 live chat usually replies in under two minutes.
Self-exclusion is not a login fault
If you have self-excluded through Spinbob or GAMSTOP, you will not be able to log in or play until the exclusion period ends. Support cannot lift it early. If you are struggling, GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, 24/7.
Phishing: protect your Spinbob login
Fraudsters copy casino login pages to steal passwords and balances. Stay safe:
- Only log in through official links – the buttons on this site or your own bookmark.
- Check the address bar before typing your password. Misspelt domains and odd extra words are red flags.
- Spinbob will never ask for your password by email, text, phone or live chat. Note that Spinbob has no telephone line at all, so any “Spinbob” caller is not genuine.
- Be wary of messages promising huge bonuses or warning that your account will close unless you “verify now”.
- Download nothing claiming to be a Spinbob app from an app store – there is no native app.
- If you think you entered your details on a fake page, reset your password immediately and tell live chat.
Still cannot log in?
Contact Spinbob through 24/7 live chat (look for the help or chat button on the site) or the Help Centre contact form, where email replies typically take 12–24 hours. Have your registered email, full name and date of birth ready. Our Spinbob support guide explains every contact option.
